Cancellation Policy
Our Omakase dinner requires days of preparation, with each course crafted specifically for you. For cancellations, we require 48 hours notice prior to your reservation. We are happy to assist with rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance of your reservation.
Given the meticulous preparation required, same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur the full charge of the booking. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the reservation. A $1.50 fee will be applied for e-transfer refunds.
As our Omakase experience begins promptly at your seating time, we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes ahead of their reservation time, no later than 10 minutes ahead. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will receive the full menu with a late arrival.
