Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice before your reservation time for cancellations or changes. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or in the case of a no-show, the full amount for each guest in your party will be charged.

This policy is in place to account for the premium ingredients that are specially prepared for your experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask guests to observe the following etiquette:

Arrive on time
Punctuality is appreciated to allow us to serve you at your best. Our doors open 30 minutes before your reservation, and the MAHANA lounge is the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks.
Savour the Journey
Our Omakase is a carefully curated progression of flavours. Please trust our chefs to guide you through this experience.
Photography
While we encourage you to capture memories, please be mindful of other guests and avoid using flash photography. Feel free to tag @sushimahana when sharing these moments.
Dietary Restrictions
Kindly notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions, but please note that substitutions may be limited due to the nature of Omakase.
Minimize Fragrance
Strong fragrances can interfere with the delicate flavours of sushi.
